Just say this prayer… “Father God, I acknowledge that I have sinned before You, but I receive Jesus’ substitutionary death on the cross as payment-in-full for my sin debt. I believe He rose from the dead and I trust Him as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for forgiving me, for making me a new person, and for including me in Your family. I pray this in Jesus’ name… Amen.”

There you are… you are now a part of the Family of God! Of course, we want to urge you to take a few more steps, now that you have taken that important step.

The Bible says that we should make a public profession of our faith, so find someone who will rejoice with you in this decision and tell them the good news. Third… please consider following the Lord in the ordinance of Water Baptism. This is a command that Jesus made that signifies what has happened in your life. You have died with Christ and been raised with Him to walk in newness of life… water baptism is the ceremony that proclaims to the world the decision that you have made to follow Jesus.
