O.K. Fellowship Update
Hooray for the month of September. Why be excited about September? Because will have less 100 degree days than August it just maybe a smidgen cooler. Knowing that it is still a hot month here are some of the activities schedule for the month:
Biblical Arts Museum
Friday, September 10
We will have an early lunch together at 11 AM at the CheeseCake Factory
We will tour the newly constructed Museum at 12:30 (if you cannot have lunch with us you can join us at the museum at 12:30)
The cost for the tour is $7
There will be 9 venues or exhibits for viewing (You decide how long to view.)
We will carpool to this event leaving from Freedom Life Church parking lot to eat lunch close by the Museum. (Contact Darlene to finding out who is going)

Game Day & Luncheon
Thursday, September 16th
In September we return to the regular schedule of having our game day and lunch on the third Thursday of the month. So join us on September 16 in the church fellowship hall. The meal is potluck and the eating starts at 11:30 AM.
Immediately following the meal with the tables cleaned off the fun begins with tables’ games and fellowship with great people.

O.K. Fellowship / Seniors Ministries
OK Fellowship stands for “Older Kids’ Fellowship and is a ministry to, for, and from the seniors of Freedom Life Church and the community. The objectives of this ministry are the study and application of God’s word to the issues of our lives today, ministry to one another as well ministry to others outside of the OK Fellowship.
Ok’ers are young at heart and serve the Lord, the church and the community with joy and gladness. We go on monthly excursions and activities to areas of interest in and around the Metroplex. We also take trips by Motor Coach outside the immediate area, for example, Branson, Palo Dura Canyon, Oklahoma City, San Antonio, etc. House of Dallas. We have monthly game days and luncheons held at the church fellowship hall and once a quarter game and potluck dinners.
